About your Teacher:

Hi! I'm Alison and I've been practicing yoga for over 20 years. But in my late 30s I could not ignore the signs my body was sending: increasing instability, achy joints, and recurring injuries.

I knew strength was the solution. But I hated the gym. So I found ways to build strength during my yoga practice. After years of experimenting, we have tried and true strategies for blending yoga asana with movement science and strength training.
