Hey Team,

If you've ever wondered what work out equipment you actually need. I found out when traveling to teach last week.

I drove eight hours with a 16-week Border Collie, everything he needs (a lot), everything I needed, a projector, a full skeleton, and a kitchen tote. Plus one basket of equipment to maintain my movement practice.

No yoga mat. Instead, I packed a kettlebell, 2 types of bands, and an intimidating set of dumbbells.
