I did this practice every day in California. On a rooftop deck with early morning sunshine and a puppy nipping at my heels.

Which means I had to be efficient.

Thirteen minutes. A kettlebell, a resistance band, and a lot of breathing for core. No mat (he'll get you if you're on the floor). No stretches. All functional strength.

The Shoulder Press Super Set has a yoga flow feel with progressive strength. You move from band to kettlebell so your joints are prepared before you add weight.
