Consistency is NOT a Discipline Problem

Feel Powerful in Your Body

Done is better than perfect.

Hey Team,

It's a momentum-killing myth that consistency comes from discipline.

That belief creates a tendency to push harder at the very moment you need to be tender.

For me, consistency is about energy management. And I've got 3 ways to stay in the game when things don't seem to be going your way. Like when:
#1: something comes up with your body.
#2: you're low energy
#3: time is limited.

May your practice be done,
Alison

No mat (he'll get you if you're on the floor). No stretches. All functional strength. The Shoulder Press Super Set has a yoga flow feel with progressive strength....

Feel Powerful in Your Body An object in motion stays in motion. — Isaac Newton Hey Team, Tuesday's practice showed you how to blend yoga and strength. Today's podcast is about why it's worth it. And I directly contradict at least 3 things I've taught for years. If you've been dragging your feet on strength training, I'm sharing 5 unexpected benefits that turned it from a should-do into a don't-wanna-miss.Three of these happen to almost everyone. One is personal to me. And the grand finale is...
