Muscle loss starts slow. But then it seems sudden.

One day, I stepped out of the shower, caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror. And wondered, is that really my body? It was like my thighs had deflated.

But vanity wasn't enough to start my strength journey. It was learning the impact muscle has on overall health and longevity.

Muscle influences your metabolism, hormones, bones, and blood sugar. That's what (finally) motivated me to pick up some weights.
