Hey Team,

I knew muscle mass would decline as I approached 40. But I wasn't prepared for what actually happened.

It was like my muscles started melting. Especially my thighs and my butt.

For a minute, I was happy about it. But my body was quickly getting softer, squishy-er, and weaker. I had to face the music...

Decreasing muscle mass is a natural phenomenon. AND you can do something about it.

And something doesn't have to include the gym or a trainer. It could be an Asana Strong practice.
